Why does it happen again - file deleted but comes back again?

Respected Professor,
I had made two python .py files, as you can see in the picture. Then I deleted the second one, obstacle_avoidance.py…It appeared again the next time I opened the course. I deleted it again, it appeared again the next time. This happens over and over and over. I wonder why?

we fixed this issue yesterday.

If you now delete a file, it shouldn’t come back again.
