Where to ask for help for problems with logging into The Construct?

I am having problems logging in with my usual credentials, with The Construct indicating my e-mail address is already registered (it’s true), but then prohibiting me from resetting the password. I had to make a new account just to post this. How can I ask for help with accessing The Construct with my usual credentials?

Hi Rollo,

You probably created your account with Gmail or Facebook. In that case, you can just click on the applicable icon to log in.

If you want to enable the account for email/password login, please send an email to courses@robotigniteacademy.com from that email address.
