I have a work email ID that I was using the Google login plugin with for logging into my account. The IT team at my company rolled out some changes so that we no longer have access to the Google login plugins and when I try to use just my email ID to reset my password (using Forgot password), it doesn’t recognize my email ID. I had issues with the email ID login previously and had just been using the Google login plugin, but since I can’t use that anymore, I am unable to access my account.

I have enabled your account for password reset on our platform (before now, that would be on Google), so please try resetting your password again.
