thanks for reporting the issue with the IDE.
We did some tests some days ago and found that the IDE sometimes fails to load especially when the course is opened in a private/incognito tab.
If this was the case, could you try to open the course in a “normal” tab?
If this was not the case, is the error still happening?

yes it continues to fail loading. I was not using a private/incognito tab. Are there any computer requirements to run the IDE?
