Hi I am new at ROS how can I use this repo ? Do I need to upgrade my account to premium ? Also I can’t watch some videos (even my internet is fine and I wait long enough) how can I fix this ?

If an Open Class rosject is not available, then it has been discontinued and can’t be accessed.
You can check other similar Open Classes, they are all free.
I don’t know about your ability to watch videos on your computer, so sorry about that
