Hello, I cannot access the course even though I just bought a developer license. Is there something that I am missing?

Thank you for subscribing to our services and welcome to the Community!
The Develop license only grants access to the Rosjects (ROS Development Studio) and not to Courses, so with that plan you would not be able to access any course (unless it’s free).
That said, I see that you subscribed to both Developer and Developer Plus plans, so I have canceled your subscription to the Developer plan since Developer Plus includes everything in Developer. I have also refunded the amount paid for the Developer plan. You should find the refund on your statement in a few days.
I have also checked that you have access to the said course and other courses as well.
