Will not launch or load simulation page

have tried two different computers and check internet speed, OK. will not load or launch simulation.

we will work on this tomorrow. Until then, could you try opening a different course, then go back to the course that was failing?

This does the trick until we have it solved tomorrow Monday.

Thanks. it just finally loaded. lost 2 hours but if it does it again ill try going to another program.

It’s now happening to me. The simulation window is not loading
