Where to find course resources?

I am running ROS locally and it would be great If I had the topic notes and chapters locally available as well, it is becoming hectic to get online just to see the course notes. Therefore, where can I find the course notes that are usually in a Jupiter notebook?

I’m sorry but the course notes are not available offline. We expect that the courses will be taken online at this time.
