I apologize for the delay in answering you.
The image of the notebook is just an image example. It does not mean that you have to use that image for the rest of the Unit. You do not have to upload that image. Just look for an image in your hard disk and upload it to start labeling the objects that are in your image, as it is described in the steps of the notebook.
How do I upload image from my computer desktop?
Use the IDE and right click, it gives the option to Upload
