Subscription failed, already have active subscription

Full error: “Subscription failed: you already have an active subscription to the product ‘Learner Monthly’. Only one active subscription is permitted. Your subscription is still active but your license has expired because autorenewal failed. Please contact us to resolve this issue.”

I believe this is because my billing information has changed and needs updating. Can you plase cancel my active subscription so I can re-subscribe and enter in my new information?
