Rosjet with real robot can't see video

I was able to schedule this time with the robot. I was able to connect with the robot (i.e. the turn on robot button turned green). However, I tried to access the external camera, but it just gave me a loading screen for 10+ minutes.

I tried again with the same results.

I was actually checking during your reservation and the stream was functioning on my end. Could you try closing the window and opening again on the stream button on the left side corner of your screen?
I’m trying to figure out where the problem is since it’s working on my end.
