Rosject is blank. Progress lost

Hi,

My name is Elias Goldsztejn (username: eliasgol).
When working on Naviagtion in 5 days, in my Rosject, yesterday, I found that my workspace was overwritten with the one of the course. Furthermore, when opening the Rosject all I see is a blank page.

Would appreciate help.
