Rosbridge in a non-web application

Hi, I’m trying to build an application which is used to interface with ROS. Is there any way we can use the Java Script libraries (ros2djs, ros3djs, nav2djs, …) in a non-web application like C++ or Python application? Thank you for reading my question.
