In ignite Academy you can take course name Basic of ROS.
Or
You can take nice basic of ros course from udemy.
Or
There is course Hello World in ROS on EDX.

This Exam covers ROS basics (topics, services, actions). If you’re good at these ROS concepts and parts, or if you take the “ROS Basics in 5 Days” course, you will most likely pass the exam successfully.

The ROS Beginner Exam is one of the assessments you need to pass to get the certificate of the ROS for Beginners learning path. To get this certificate, you need to pass this exam and the quizzes of the other courses on the learning path.

As @m.haghbeigi and @tejaschaturbhuj87 rightly mentioned, you have a good chance of passing the exam if you complete the ROS Basics in 5 Days course (which is one of the courses on the learning path).
