Request for refund for previous months

Hi, I was wondering if I could get a refund I was charged for both August and September and never noticed the invoice email

We can refund you for September since we have a 30 days refund policy.
We send every month an email with the invoice, so you get noticed about the charge. That is why it is important you provide a good email. We are not sharing your email with any other 3rd party
