I am contacting you in order to request a refund on the annual subscription. It was my belief that I had paid for a single year subscription for my previous job and that I had set the account not to renew the payment. Maybe I missed something and it is my mistake, I have now unsubscribe.
The subscription used to be financed by my older company, but it is no longer the case as I changed company.
I have sent you 2 mails on the same day, one on the invoices@theconstructsim.com and a second on info@theconstructsim.com
Could you initiate a refund, please?
