Hello, I received an Email stating that my Robot Ignite Academy license will expire on Oct 10th.
I would like to like to renew my license, but when I follow the link in the Email, I can only see some basic profile, billing data and license information, but nothing about how to renew or make payment. Can you please provide further instructions on how I can renew before my license expires?
Also, there is a field for VAT#. I am located in Canada but do not currently have a VAT#. Can you please elaborate on how I could obtain this VAT# and if it is absolutely needed?

You may leave the VAT field blank as it is not required.
Our subscription expires on Oct. 28th and we’re looking into renewing right now. Is this still the recommended way to do the renewal and is there an option for autorenewal for the yearly subscription? Also, when we click on the “Buy Now” button for the yearly subscription, the Stripe payment page says €399/month. I’m hoping it’s just a visual bug and we won’t get a second charge a month later but I figured I should let you know.
The recommended way to do renewal is to use the Buy Now button. This creates a subscription that is automatically renewed every year/month, depending on the chosen plan.
