Refund request for not having what I was looking for

Hi,
I have subscribed to the courses as I was looking for some openAI stuffs .Unfortunately I couldnot get sucees…Due to having classes I do not have much time to invest here. So I would like to get a refund and probably later on I will come back if I will get some time. Please help me to do the procedure to get a refund

I have cancelled your subscription and refunded your last payment. The money should appear on your statement in 7-10 days.
