The problem was that you didn’t specify the expected name for the node - topics_quiz_node. The “examiner” is looking for that name in the subscribers list.
You specified that name alright in the C++ source code, but what you specified in the launch file, quiz, overrode that (by convention the node name specified in the launch file wins),
Now you know what to do
