Quiz submission error

I submitted my codes for the navigation exam,
but it took very long like 1 hour. I tried many times, but I was not able to submit it and not able to get the feedback.

also, at my last attempt, it showed me 0 score as seen in my screenshot.

How can I solve this problem?
