Hi,
This is aknown issue of RVIZ. It hapens normally the fisrt time you launch it.
Just CTRL+C and launch it again. It should ppear in the Graphycal Tools. It also sometimes is a message that issues but it just means that the window didnt render properly. You just have to double click on the windows top part and it should readjust and render properly.
