I recently made a subscription, and my package is emphasizing that I cannot access the premium courses… However, I am not even met with them. Do you know what are those, and what topic do they cover?

You mean “Enterprise courses”. These are courses with the “Enterprise” label, only available with the Enterprise subscription.
