Pay for Enterprise Subscription with Purchase Order

Hello,
I am trying to purchase an Enterprise Subscription for my company. We usually pay through Purchase Orders, so I was wondering if it would be possible to use that instead of a credit card.

Also, can all my engineers use the enterprise subscription or is this a single license?

Each enterprise subscription is a single license, so you need to request a quantity equal to the number of engineers you have.
