No accsess after renewal

Hi.
I renewed my subscription on Jul 27, 2021 for one year, but cant access any courses.
Please fix my subscription I really need it right now!

I’m getting error when trying to subscribe:

Error creating subscription
Subscription failed: you already have an active subscription to the product ‘One Year Learner Access’. Only one active subscription is permitted. Your subscription is still active but your license has expired because autorenewal failed. Please contact us to resolve this issue.

Hi Tarmo,

I apologize for this glitch. The problem has been fixed and you may access the courses now.

Your payment on July 27 is still valid, so you don’t need to make another one.
