Although now this is getting old. You might want to have a look at the course in Using Jetson Nano for DeepLearning people tracking: SkeletonMarkersWithRGBCameraJetsonNano
There we use a normal RGB camera and you get better reults than with KINECT.

Just compile it from source, you might be lucky
