Installing packages into ROS Development Studio

Hello, I am in need to use laser_scan_matcher of ccny-ros-pkg but it requires csm package to work.
I tried installing the package with sudo apt install ros-melodic-csm but it gives error

The package is not found

I was wondering if I there is a way to install these packages that I dont know.

Hello @BYR2022 ,

It is necessary to run
sudo apt update
just before installing the package.

Check the steps in the video below, using a rosject with Melodic distro
