IDE not launching

Hi, I am starting on the ROS basic course everything is normal but the IDE window is not launching.
I hope you can help me out.

Sorry about the bad experience. Please check the following:

  • Which browser are you using? We support Chrome and Firefox.
  • Are you using incognito and private mode? We find that it doesn’t work in this case too.

I was using safari but i switch to chrome now, and it works perfectly. thanks
