How to make multi-robots navigate with mecanum wheels

Hi, does anyone know how to make multi-robots with mecanum wheels? I know how to make multi-robots navigation, and I found the mecanum wheel gazebo plugin that is provided by ridgeback robot. The problem is that the ridgeback robot’s gazebo plugin doesn’t support multi-robots due to it doesn’t consider tf_prefix in their code. And the other gazebo plugin like Gazebo Planar Move Plugin, but it seems not a very good plugin because it moves quite slowly.
