Following the Manipulation Course I have an error at lection 5. I have generated the moveit_config pkg for the fetch robot but when starting to plan with it I get the error message that the group ‘gripper’ is not a chain. I have checked the srdf and didnt find any errors. I havent changed anything from the package generated by MoveIt Setup Assistant, does anybody know what I am doig wrong?
Sorry for the late response. Did you find what was wrong there? It seems like something was wrong during the package creation.
I am also generated moveit pkg and also got the same errors as following:
- Group ‘belt_wagon’ is not a chain.
- Kinematics solver of type ‘kdl_kinematics_plugin/KDLKinematicsPlugin’ could not be initialized for
- Kinematics solver could not be instantiated for joint group belt_wagon.
If you need theh I can share my URDF and SRDF files. could some one please help me as soon as possible regarding. any suggestion would be appriciate.
