Go from simulation to real robot

I have already taken several courses for months and I want to start moving my real robot but I can’t find the way to do it.

They offer to connect to the real robot that they have in their facilities but said robot is not operated with stepper motors as a real industrial robot would be.

Do you have a course where they explain the connection to a real robot without using a gazebo?
