Exam Grade Confusion

I have been working on the exam and have gotten it to a point where it works when I test it, but I get a grade of 7.5 when it is graded. I have:

Verified the names of all files
Made sure the robot is in the starting position before running grader.
Make sure there were not other command prompts busy.

Can anyone help me resolve this?

Could you please share what the message from the grader is? What section is the grader marking as incorrect? You need to make sure to follow the instructions carefully, and also make sure all your programs in your terminals are shut down.
