Ex 3.1 and 3.2 robot not moving

not sure if this is an internet issue or not, or something with the code

but robot is no longer responding to commands, ex 3.1 and 3.2, code is fine, but no movement

If you are running the teleop, are you pressing the keys to move the robot?
could you tell us which commands exactly are you running?
