Error, turtlebot_as is not a package

In the ros2in5days python course, understanding actions, the course tells me to enter these commands image

Yet I get the error: Package ‘turtlebot3_as’ not found: “package ‘turtlebot3_as’ not found, searching: [’/opt/ros/foxy’]”

There is no package here named turtlebot3_as, and the command is given no explanation. Why are there so many errors in the course material? How do I fix this?
