[rosrun] Couldn’t find executable named hector_services.py below /home/simulations/public_sim_ws/src/all/course_web_dev_ros

Thank you for reporting.
I just noticed the name of the file is wrong in our installation folder.
Although you can access it just using the name hector_services_copy.py
In the meantime, we are changing the file to the correct name
