Could you please stop renewing of the membership of my account? Also please cancel/remove the billing information from my account as our project is now finishing and no budget for the training tool. I would much appreciate if you could also send me an email to confirm the auto renew feature swtiched off for my account.

You can cancel your subscription any time on the subscription settings page. In any case, I see that your subscription was already cancelled - it was cancelled in March this year when we stopped autorenewal for all yearly plans.
