How can I back up Jupyter(Tutorial) contents?

I thought the “save as” menu would appear when I installed the Jupyter notebook. >> Nothing.

In RobotIgniteAccademy you cant make an offline backp of the lessons.
In RosDevelopementStudio you can write your own Jpyternotebooks and save its content without any issue if you need to make notes or test.
Accademy’s notebooks are only for serving as guide for the online lessons.
